General Description

Application:
The VIANEN ADV canopy is suitable for application above commercial dishwashing machines. The canopy can be used over wall or island arrangements with  fixing to the wall or the ceiling. The ADV construction provides a relatively large buffer zone for the vapors.

Fabrication:
The VIANEN canopy is fabricated from type 304 stainless steel. All visible surfaces are ultra fine grain polished to 320 grit and polythene protected. The canopy is cut, punched and folded into sub-sections of up to 6000 mm in length and factory assembled by means of computer controlled seam welds and non visible mechanical fixings. Joints are provided with internal cover-plates so that no joints and mechanical fixings are visible. 
All metal edges are rolled smooth and are free of sharp edges and projections. The canopy lower edge is formed into a full perimeter condensation channel with inclined internal elevation to simplify cleaning. Fitted directly under the duct spigot is a removable condensation plate. This construction provides a relatively large buffer zone for the vapors. Drains in the gutter are optional.

Vianen ADV canopy

The canopy is fabricated from 18 swg (1.0 – 1.20 mm thick) type 304 stainless steel.  All visible surfaces are ultra fine grain polished to 320 grit and polythene protected. The canopy is cut, punched and folded into sub-sections of up to 6000 mm in length and factory assembled by means of computer controlled seam welds and non visible mechanical fixings. Joints are provided with internal cover-plates so that no joints and mechanical fixings are visible.
