V-ITL Light Fittings

General Description

Application:
The VIANEN V-ITL light fittings are especially designed for use in the Vianen ventilated ceilings and canopies in commercial kitchens. Because of the modern smooth design the V-ITL is easy in maintenance and has an optimal light-unit for a better work environment. The V-ITL is available in a water tightness of IP 54 or IP 65 and is KEMA and NSF approved.

Fabrication:
The VIANEN V-ITL light fittings are fabricated with a light housing from white powder coated aluminium (IP54) or white powder coated steel (IP 65) to maximise reflectivity. The light framework is jointless and manufactured from stainless steel type 304 and is sealed to the housing with a cellular neoprene gasket. The standard diffuser is 4 mm. “Crepi” glass, polished on underside for ease of cleaning. The diffuser is sealed to the diffuser frame by a cellular neoprene gasket and the diffuser frame is complete with safety chains fixed to the main frame to facilitate periodic maintenance. All units are pre-wired. On special request we can connect the V-ITL to an electrical box.

The light framework is jointless and manufactured from 1,5 mm. stainless steel, (type 304, 320 gritt) and is sealed to the housing with a cellular neoprene gasket. The standard diffuser is 4 mm. toughened, heat and impact resistant “Crepi” glass, polished on underside for ease of cleaning. The diffuser is sealed to the diffuser frame by a cellular neoprene gasket and the diffuser frame is complete with safety chains fixed to the main frame to facilitate periodic maintenance. Standard electrical supply is 230 V, 50 HZ. All units are pre-wired and complete with 1500 mm. length of electrical cable. On special request we can connect the V-ITL to an electrical box.
