General Description
Application:
The VIANEN Water Wash system can be used in the Vianen Basic, Compensator, GV-Induction, Jet Stream and Vianergy canopies 
when kitchen use and grease output of the cooking equipment are extremely heavy (equipment such as grills and char grills). The V-WW system can also be combined with the Make Up Air system (MUAP) and extended with a Misty system. The V-WW system is a efficient low maintenance hygienic solution without using the traditional Fecon filters. The installation is protected against the build up of grease deposits which constitute a serious fire hazard. The necessary maintenance is hereby kept to a minimum and prevents unnecessary loss of time and money. The separate Vianen Control Cabinet controls the washing program.
Fabrication:
The VIANEN water wash bank is a fully welded construction of stainless steel type 304. Instead of traditional filters the air is forced to take a series of turns around a labyrinth of stainless steel baffles throwing out the grease in the airstream by a centrifugal force. A hot water connection is provided on the top of the bank and a drain is incorporated in the gutter. The extracted grease is collected in the gutter and runs into the drain. Full length hinged inspection doors are provided with gas springs and quick fasteners for easy accessibility and inspection of the full length wash pipe with spray nozzles which automatically inject the water and detergent.

Description:
The VIANEN Water Wash cleans the air without using the traditional Fecon filters. Instead the water wash bank incorporates grease baffles in the form of a labyrinth which is designed to remove grease particles from the extracted air before it passes into the ducting system. The air passes through the canopy at a high speed and is forced to make a series of turns around the labyrinth throwing out the grease in the airstream by a centrifugal force. During the washing program the system sprays warm water and detergent into the canopy for a pre-programmed time from a separate control cabinet which doses out the exact amount of water and detergent required to clean the system within a specified time. The necessary maintenance is hereby kept to a minimum and prevents unnecessary loss of time and money.The high standard of hygiene is maintained and the installation is protected against the build up of grease deposits which constitute a serious fire hazard. The pressure drop of the system is 250 Pa.

The stainless steel grease baffles in the form of a labyrinth in the Water wash system remove grease particles from the air before it passes into the ducting system. The extracted grease is collected in the gutter and runs into the drain. A hot water connection is provided on the top of the bank and a drain is incorporated in the gutter.
